Regulations for Type III supporting organizations: Alabama Tax Company

The IRS has issued final regulations, and temporary regulations, regarding the requirements to qualify as a Type III supporting organization. The IRS also issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemakingcross-referencing the new temporary regulations. Written or electronic comments and requests for a public hearing must be received by March 28, 2013.
